Jareesh Soup

Jareesh soup is a main dish on the Ramadhan dining table, and Jareesh (Crushed Wheat) soup is the main dish in Saudi Arabia.Here is the recipe for this main dish.


1/3    Cup                         Jareesh (Crushed Wheat) – washed and drained

2        Liters                      Water

500   gr                            Lam or beef with bone

1         Medium               Onion – Diced small

2        Table Spoon       Tomato Paste

1         tea spoon             Mixed Saudi Spices

2        Pcs                         Dried black limes

Add all the ingredients together in a suitable size sauce or soup pot.

Cook for 4 hours on low heat.
